Low Self-Esteem

Self-esteem refers to the opinion people have about themselves, and their own self-worth. When people regularly view themselves in a negative light, they are suffering from low self-esteem. Having a negative perception of yourself can be detrimental to your mental health and wellbeing. This EduZine equips performing artists with the tools to improve their self-esteem, and analyses how low self-esteem can impact them.
