Anxiety​

Everyone experiences anxiety at some point in their lives, however, regular feelings of anxiety can be detrimental to your mental health, and can lead to other mental health issues such as low self-esteem, and depression. This EduZine addresses the anxiety that performing artists may have experienced, or are experiencing currently due to the recent global pandemic, and supports performing artists to help manage their anxiety levels, and nurture their mental wellbeing.
